On the 11th of September there was a special symposium celebrating 25 years of FD/MAS research at the National Institutes of Health.

On the 10th of September the consortium held its first inaugural live meeting in Silver Sprong MD, the United States. The meeting was preceded by the Patient meeting of the FD/MAS alliance and allowed scientists, medical doctors and patients (advocates/caregivers) to interact for 3 days on the field of FD/MAS.
